But you don’t think it looks like MG?Foaming eyes can have a benign cause most of the time. Dirt often can get in the eye and irritate it. When I notice a chicken with a bubbly eye, first thing I do is flush the eye with a bottle of cheap Walmart "Dry Eye Relief" saline drops. That almost always cures it.

You found a feather stuck to her eye. Once you removed that it was resolved.
She has a lot of feathers around her eyes. Trimming the feathers and cleaning the eyes regularly as mentioned in previous posts should help keep her more comfortable and the eyes less irritated.
