Hen has never layed and egg?

I have a 2 year old AGB hrn that I bought awhile back, but she never layed
an egg last year, and so far hasn't layed this year either, while most of my other girls are already back in the game. She did these squats for me last year, but when she did she was in isolation, and I'm certain she didn't hide the eggs. I started supplementing her with cayenne and vitamins. Thanks! Although rare, some hens are 'infirtile' and never lay (like Matilda, one of the oldest chickens that ever lived). Is your hen showing any symptoms (aside from no production) that would indicate health problems?
