Hen has worms what to use for medicine

I appreciate all the help everyone has given me! Here's an update. . . I bathed her this morning it looked really bad. I worrried about her all day. She wasn't eating just standing in one spot all day. I read to give her some chopped egg with shell crushed up I did that and she ate it so that was good. A little while later she did walk around a little bit peck at the grass, so that was good. After work I bathed her again with an antibacterial soap. Pulled the maggots from her skin poor thing and actually inside her a little bit but it looked a lot better than it did this morning. She started get really agitated so I gave up pulling because I actually had her put the tweezers inside her to pull them out just like an inch in. I rinsed her off then I use a deluded peroxide water solution my vet advised me for probably 30 seconds and she did not like that. So after all that she seemed a little traumatized. I tried to dry off best I could and now she's in a coop for the night I lay down fresh shavings it's just her and one other hen and the other hen is very protective of her. I think she's getting better since she actually got up on the roost tonight she hasn't been able to do that or get down I've been doing it for her. Again I really appreciate all the help everyone has given me. I don't know what I would do with out Backyard Chickens forum. I really had no idea what to do and I love my girls. I don't mean to ramble on so but I found the articles that I read where in detail and that was a lot of help for me. Thank you!

So glad that you have begun treatment and have gotten the flystrike under control. Getting her to eat and drink, and starting to heal will help. I would give another bath tomorrow, just to make sure of no more larvae. Peroxide can impede healing with repeated use. I like to use it once in certain situations, such as in an abscess, but only once. Let us know how she gets along, and good luck.

I checked her this morning and there are still some inside the wound I don't think many but it really stressed the her out like put her in shock trying to get them all. What will happen if I don't get them all?

Yes it is Flystrike (maggots). The spot looks better but there are a few left inside I can not get with out probably hurting her more than she is.

I read an article that cucumber seeds are a natural dewormer for chickens, I have been growing them for 2 years now and my girls are doing great. Also it keeps them hydrated in the Missouri summer heat.
