Hen Having Seizures, Please help

So she seems to be doing better. The first day I tried to give her the vitamin b I cooked it into an egg but she wouldn't eat, I'm not sure if she was eating at all then so the next day (Sunday) I crushed the pill and mixed it with some water and just syringe fed her it, she wasn't eating and I don't think drinking either so i also gave her some water. All she was doing was walking into a corner and staying there almost all day on Sunday. Monday I gave her some more vitamin b the same way and she was starting to eat, and I think drink as well (never saw her drink but water level was down) but she was still sitting wither her head in the corner. Tuesday i went out to again give her vitamin b and she was out of the nesting box where she would sit in a corner and she was walking a bit, and when I picked her up there wasn't as much shaking/trembling as there was before. I'm thinking of continuing the vitamin b today and Thursday and then letting her back out with the flock Friday, that way she should definitely be good then and our cold front will have blown over here. She's in the top part of our chicken coop with a little area sectioned off from the rest of the chickens but she is able to see them so i don't think she is lonely like how she got last time. I also was giving her the option to drink the save-a-chick water but she also had normal water. Does this all sound good or should i wait a little longer before stopping vitamins and putting her back out? and next time this happens should i try the vitamin b again as well? Also thank you so much for all of your help!!

So she is back to the same thing, she eats, drinks, forages and stays with the rest of the flock but she is so incredibly off balance she is always unbalanced even when just standing still, you can tell because she rocks back and forth and then will fall. I also saw her try to clean herself and she flipped upside down and it took her a few second to get back up, I would have helped her but I didn’t know if it was a seizure and didn’t want to injure her further. I don’t think the save a chick or the vitamins helped much or maybe just when she was having them it helped some. What else can I do? Is there nothing else except take her to a vet? I don’t want the other chickens to all start picking on her or for her to have to keep being so uncomfortable as I’m sure she is but I see no reason to euthanize her really since she’s not giving up
