How are your other hens? If one is this sick from lice or mites the others won't be far behind.

Shes like 9-10 months i think. shes still shaking even though ive had her in the warm house. no crop issues it was empty earlier until i started feeding her by hand. could the other hens be keeping her from eating? And she hasnt pooped since ive had her inside

Yes,it is possible the other hens are not letting her eat,but i think there is more going on. Not pooping means not enough food. Lice can cause a bird to become anemic if left untreated. Is her crop full now since you have been feeding her? Keep her warm,make sure she is eating/drinking and remove manually as many lice as you can until you purchase product to kill them.

Is this hen a new addition to your flock? Chickens can still have a overload/outbreak of cocci even if they have been vaccinated. The vaccines used are for the most common species of coccidiosis(i believe one vaccine covers 8). Considering there are 11 species it is always a possibility.

The rest of the hens are active,dust bathing,etc doing normal chicken things.
i read an article that said cooled wood ash (like from a wood stove)can be used to suffocate lice and mites on chickens. i have had a friend use this with success so i may try that. ive got her in a box with easy access to food and water right now and shes still fluffed up but is a little less lethargic. ive been picking/squishing lice on her all day ive gotten quite alot off her

Wood ash is good for putting in the dust bath to mix with dirt and sand, and it helps to prevent lice, but once you have an infestation you need something like 5%sevin dust or permethrin. Here are 2 good links with good pictures since many can mistake mites for lice:

A warm house is not always enough for the really ill. Chickens body temps are usually in the 105-106 range and when ill they need much more warmth like a chick does. As long as she is puffed up she is still cold. The lack of poop means that there wasn't enough food in her system. If you are feeding her enough then you should see poop (some, may not be a lot) by morning.

Yes, but only under half to give her a choice. She will require less heat as she gets better.

Alright ill do that ive had her box kind of infront of a wopd stove so there is some heat but not overly hot
