Hen is gaining weight, and seems depressed

I have a Belgian d'anver that gained a couple of pounds and hasn't laid an egg in so long. Although she has other hens she seems very lonely and barely walks around. She has been eating and isn't molting. Please help!

Egg binding will kill a bird at around 24 hours, that is not our problem.

How old is this bird? It's normal for them to slow down once they reach around 2 years. Gaining weight may not be a good thing, but it is better than losing weight.
