One hen, I'm not sure who, will lay an egg from the roost. Obviously then falls and gets smashed, usually none of them pay attention to it and I clean it up. But at 5:55am it was still dark. By time I could get out to open the coop it was 6:30. They went it at 9pm last night. This just started happening occasionally, like maybe twice a month at random for the last two-ish months. Am I not opening up the coop early enough? Closing it too late(they into it by themselves)?
