Hen lethargic, tail down and not eating. Help!

I’m a little nervous about the advantage spray that I used. I hope it doesn’t hurt them. All I do is worry...
but yes, I will re-treat. 🙂
Then follow up with your poultry dust or if you can get
Permethrin concentrate at TSC to mix up and use in your housing. (mixed solution can be used on birds too and less dusty)

So I took my girl to the vet yesterday (Thursday) and she checked out fine. The vet looked her over and said that she didn’t see or feel anything wrong. They took a fecal sample and it came back negative for parasites. I don’t know what to do. She still has super watery poop. Abnormal poop which I told the vet about. And this evening, I can tell by looking at her that she back to not feeling well. Standing out there all puffed up while the others are pecking away in the dirt. Though she still runs to me when I go out there which is normal and she still eats. She’s not super sick like she was when I made this post initially but there’s got to be something going on.

so, maybe she’s dealing with coccidiocisis (spelling) and it just came up negative. Since she has such watery stool and no change in what I have been feeding them. I’m think that I will just treat them all with corid just in case. Do y’all think that would be ok or should I not because it came back negative? The vet will be closed until Tuesday so I cant talk to them about it until then.

any further advice would be gladly received .

Is her crop empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?
Can you get a photo of her poop?

What did the vet say about her not laying eggs for a year?

The Corid won't hurt her if you want to treat her for Coccidiosis. With her not laying eggs for a year or so, then I would still lean toward reproductive disorder.

I will try to get a photo of her poop. When I do, I will post it.
Her crop has been empty in the morning.

I did mention to the vet about her not laying and the vet agreed that she should be laying but she didn’t really say anything about that besides the fact that it was odd. I did ask for them to take blood and check for anything they could but they didn’t because the vet said that if she had anything that required a blood draw, she would have already passed away because those are usually the diseases that kill chickens rather quickly.
I mention that i was thinking maybe a reproductive issue that she’s dealing with but vet just said “maybe” and carried away from that topic.
I will talk to them on Tuesday and tell them that she’s still showing signs of not feeling well and the super water poops.
I hate not knowing what wrong with her and I may not ever really know.
So, I think when I go back out to town, I will pick some corid up and go that route and see if that doesn’t help. I did read that sometimes chickens will have cocci but show negative in the fecal sample... just as long as corid won’t hurt them (since I will give it to them all in their water).
I will try to get a picture of poop. If not tonight, I will get it tomorrow and post.

I finally got a picture of her poop.
