Hen making a sound like a hiccup (video)... new mom help!

14 week old hen is making a sound every few minutes. She’s active and no other signs of anything. I put DURVET Oregano in their water. When do I know if it’s respiratory and give antibiotics? I have Tylan 200 injectable and saw the post that said it can be given orally. When do I do that. Ugh help!
