Hen mating my flock?!

I have a hen that does pretty much everything rooster. The most concerning is that she tries to mate my other hens.

Is this a sign of dominance? She is 100% a hen.

She's a little extreme, but normal. Chickens without a rooster will sometimes do that. Years ago I had a hen charge me exactly like a rooster.
