Hen molting in spring???

This is exactly the same thing I'm experiencing. At night I turn the porch light on and collect June bugs for the girls. They love them!

Well I guess this molting period is contagious!! Now my other two hens are molting too! Oh well, I guess it's good they are getting it over with now instead of later.

I've got a 3 year old that just started blowing her feathers too when this warm weather started. She's being a major bia so I just leave her alone.
