hen not molting

Hi, this is my hen Sante, she's an Olive Egger and she was born here from a broody hen in April 2021.
She's almost 2 years old and she never molted since she grew her adult feathers. This winter she stopped laying, but she didn't molt. Now she's laying again, so I suppose I shouldn't expect her to molt soon.

All my hens eat grains, some layer feed and they free range every day. They have access to grit and oyster shells and they never fight (they have a lot of space).
I know some hens molt gradually, but I thought the same the last year and she keeps getting worst.

I don't care if Sante looks bad, I'm just worried something is wrong with her. What could cause not molting? Has this ever happened to you? Can I help her in some way?

Yes. With more than one hen.
Sometimes they just don't molt.
She looks fine though. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank you, she is active and eats, drinks and poops fine, but I wasn't sure this was normal!

I have also had a couple of hens who have not molted yet at 2 years old. On the other hand, I had 3 hens who were hatched April 2022 that went through a mini molt after laying in fall/early winter for some reason.

Oh I didn't know that could happen! I keep chickens since 2020, there's so much to learn!
