Hen not Molting

Anyone had this problem before? I have a hen that has not molted this year. She looks like a rag. Everyone else has finished molting long ago. I have checked her from top to bottom she looks fine. She is eating, drinking, and running around. She is not laying right now. Any ideas?

Welcome to BYC. I can't answer why your hen hasn't molted, but I also have a 20 month old ISA brown who has never molted to my knowledge. She has never stopped laying almost every day in 14-15 months except when she went broody and hatched eggs last summer. Here are some links to read about molting that are informative:
