Cream Brabanters
Silver Appenzeller Spitzhaubens

Riker, my Brabanter/Spitzhauben cross. I'm working on a Silver Brabanter project. They have them in Europe, but not in the USA.

The dark tail feathers on yours has me leaning toward a Brabanter cross. What color are the legs?

the blue/red roo is a polish cross of some sort the white roo looks to be pure polish, but a mixed color or someones project color like the black crested whites

Black crested white Polish is not a project color since it is a recognized and accepted APA color.

What color legs and how many toes do these roos have?

I know. I love the color and have only found one place that has black crested white chicks. They'll be on my list for ordering first thing in the spring now that I've found them.

The white chicken has silver legs with five toes. I'm leaning towards some sort of Polish. I don't know much about these kinds of birds, it also has the V-shaped comb but with little color in it. The The other bird has four toes, pea comb and is very bright and red.

the white is a houdan mix than, as the only other crested 5 toe bird has feathered shanks (sultan) All polish have a v shaped comb.

The white one looks like a lot like a silkie mix I had.
