Is the one on the left a hen or jake, I can't tell... New to turkeys. It doesn't gobble but the other one does

They don't quite let you near, when do they lay eggs

9 months and up, the longer days encourage the hens to start.

How many turkey's do you guys have

5 now, setting 48 eggs in the next couple of weeks, will have 80 or so by July. End of November, back to half a dozen or so.
