Hen or Roo? 20 Week old Lavender Orpington

“Daphne” is 20 weeks. It was the smallest of the flock at 8 weeks and would try to eat out of the others’ beaks. It is now the largest and tallest of the mixed flock. This morning it crowed. Is “Daphne” really “Donald”? This one is definitely the boss of the pullet flock.

The tail feathers are swooping down in an arc. And of course the crowing is a dead give away.
