Hen or Roo?

Wasn't quite sure where to post this, so forgive me if it's not the right place.

Need help figuring this one out. 12 weeks old. Doesn't crow, whereas the other roos have started. Is bigger than the other hens, but smaller than the roos. Waddle and comb not bright red like the other roos.

Also, not sure what breed. I know it's a mix, but if anyone can give me some insight in to what breeds it might be, that would be awesome.

The comb screams pullet though...

Possibly, seen the papillae is just now popping into a bubble I see.

At 12 weeks? No. If it was older I'd agree with the comb.

I've seen cockerels with HUGE red combs and they still peep. Now that I look at it it does kinda look like a late blooming cockerel, but I have had pullets that have a couple pointed sickle feathers.

@AlleysChicks I just reread your post and saw that that's not what you meant at all. It would be a lot more red by now if it was a cockerel.
