Hen or roo?

My mother and I keep going back and forth on this polish. They are probably 11? 12? Weeks now? Never fights with the other roosters or show any aggression towards any other birds. Loves people! I say they are a hen my mother swears they are a rooster. The roosters have beautiful LARGE red waddles, sharp hackle feathers and spurs starting to come in.
