Two polish chickens. About 4 months old. Can someone tell me hen or roo?

How can you tel the difference? Here is my other picture you asked for.

They are both pullets. You can tell because their crest feathers are smooth and form a round crest. They also don't have cockerel feathering (pointed hackles and saddles), which they would have by now if they were boys.
