#5 is Butter & #6 is BlancheNumber 5 is a definite cockerel. Number 6 is questionable. Update with new pics of everyone in 2 weeks.
Thank goodness because that’s what I was thinking. They are hatch mates and so sweet. The only ones that come to me for loves out of my Wyandottes. 1,2,3&4 are harder for me to tell.#5 is going to be a pretty roo. I'm pretty much always a fan of black and white EEs- they're stately birds. #6 is still very yellow on comb and wattles, so if they're hatch mates I'm leaning toward pullet. Agree with Overo Mare on two weeks will be pretty much definitive, but 5/6 isn't bad!
Same- I’ll post again in 2 weeks and will y’all weigh in again?5 is your for sure cockerel, has male specific feathering. 6 might be a cockerel too, and I'm going to say 4 as well nut not as confidently as the other two

Word of advice, 5 and 6 aren't being sweet, they're seeing how far they can get away with testing you. In the chicken world, the top chickens get preened, fed the best food and treated nice. If you treat them as pets like this, there's a strong possibility that they'll turn into aggressive terrors once hormones hit.Thank goodness because that’s what I was thinking.
