Hen or Roo??

Hi everyone, I just joined and from reading other threads, I think I know the answer but I want to be sure.

So I've raised Henrietta since a chick and we always though she was a hen. We have recently introduced new mature hens and now she is mounting them, chasing them and making this gawd awful noise, which I assume is a crow lol. I'm wondering if she is actually a roo or just mimicking the behavior.

I shared a couple pictures, she is the dark brown one in the front.

The saddle feathers for one. Could you give some closer pictures of them?
