This is my almost 6 week Orpington. I only have two Orpingtons, same age, but the other is barely starting to have a comb and it’s certainly not bright red. Any guesses?

Played crowing sounds for him all day when you wrote this response but so far no crows ): I keep seeing videos of 4 and 5 week cockerels trying to crow

That doesn't help. Just because you played crowing sounds doesn't make him want to crow. Plus, it's rare that such a young bird starts crowing. They can take anywhere between 4 weeks to 9 months, but the usual range is 4 to 5 months
