I thought it looked a bit too elongated and lifted in the rear to be a pea comb but it's hard for me to see in that photo.

it almost looks like a black laced silver wyandotte, but that is a pea comb...

so we have a pea comb, barred hackle feathers and barred flight feathers but laced feathers everywhere else. Do you have a photo of the legs and feet?
