hello! so I have had Rolex for around 7 weeks and i believe she/he is in the teenage stage and we still are ot sure if boy or girl. Rolex has these little “balls” at her feet which my dad says will be spurs so he thinks rooster but we are still not sure. we would like to know because where we live there are other roosters that come around and we would probably have to do something about them if she/ he is in fact a boy- or is it too early to tell at this stage?? If anything thank you!!

Agree with the above. However my hens, being a Mediterranean breed, have bigger spurs than continental, Asiatic, English and American breeds.
I can approximate their age from the length. While they don't grow as big as roosters', I've had hens with 2" spurs.
