i would like to know if the chicks are hens or roosters the grey one is a astralop cross welsummer the other two are pure bread wyndottes

How old are they? If they are younger they definitely look like roos but if they are older older like egg laying age they would look like possible hens.

Close up profile photos of each individual bird would make gender identification more reliable and age is very important.
The Wyandottes appear to have uneven marking which suggest cockerel but one appears to have a very pale comb compared to the others which suggests a pullet not quite at point of lay (or a sick, anaemic roo.)
The blue's feathers say pullet to me (I can't see any pointy hackle and saddle feathers but better photos might reveal them) but the stance is very upright like a cockerel. The comb and wattles are very red but it might be a pullet at point of lay. Without knowing age and being able to see the feathers in detail, it would be purely guess work.
