How to tell if my chicken is a hen or a rooster?

I'll need to see their tail or a side shot and how old they are. But so far Henrietta looks to be a cockreal unless she is a mature chicken.

From the photos I would guess the white one is a rooster. We really do need to see him standing up naturally for a side profile. This is very important in making a valid judgement rather than a guess. Age is also a necessary point.
