Hen or Rooster

I have a Rhode Island Red who is about 13-14 weeks maybe older not too sure if you can tell me that would be awesome. Was just curious on what you guys think it is.

Pullet. But a picture in natural lighting will confirm.

Also, until its a year old, it would be a pullet. Once a she's a year, then she'll be known as a hen. Same with males, cockerels -1year, roosters 1year+
