I’d say two roosters, not only because of the tail feathers but also because of the saddle feathers. Not only that but their combs and waddles are large for three months, their neck feathers show the distinct long thin structure and your last picture looks like a spur growing on the leg (though three months is pretty early for Spurs. I don’t go by sickle feathers, because I have several laying hens who look like roosters based on tail feathers alone, but I’ve confirmed them as egg layers, when separated from their flock. I also don’t go by color alone, because my black Cochins hen had shiny itridecent feathers that looked like they belonged on a rooster. Either way they are beautiful. So long as these are your only two, they may get along ok, since they were raised together, but if you may have more hens, you may eventually need to separate them, to keep them from fighting
