Hey Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this was a hen or rooster. I am leaning towards Rooster due to the tail being so long but it isn't crowing yet and I am not sure what breed it is. The tail has rounded ends which makes me think Hen. I don't want to rehome unless I know for sure
