Hen or Rooster?

I've had my angel for 5 months now but he/she still hasn't crowed.. I was praying he could be a hen but i'm not sure

Do you have any other roosters around? My head roo is the only one that crows. All the others stay quiet. But I’m pretty sure I see pointed hackle feathers in your pictures. Which usually means boy.
