Will the crowing be loud where my neighbors will complain? I have a goffin cockatoo and a female eclectus and african ring necks and they are loud?

Sorry you have to go through this. It’s hard when you can’t have roosters, especially when you live in the city. Then you‘re pressed on time and only have as long as your neighbors give you. I would try and find him a nice home, no crow collars unfortunately don’t stop the crowing, but just make it slightly quieter. Unfortunately crowing isn’t something you can really prevent, since roosters will crow any time of the day.

He’s a pretty boy, so hopefully you find someone willing to take him. :hugs

Maybe see if there are any chicken sanctuaries around you?

It depends on the individual bird, and your neighbors, but roosters crowing isn’t any louder than dogs barking, and honestly the hens get way louder when they start screaming their egg song.
