Hen or Rooster?

I have 6 chickens about 18 weeks old. I assumed they were all hens but my prairie bluebell has a larger comb and wattles then the rest of the birds. They are all different breeds though; easter egger, australorp, sapphire gem, wyandotte. Is my bluebell actually a rooster? Multiple pictures to compare against my other chicks

Lets see her saddle!

Starting sometimes as early as 10 weeks but usually well flowing by the stated age gender specific saddle feathers should be obvious on non hen feathered breeds..
