Hen or rooster?

Thanks everyone. Figured it was wishful thinking but this critter had almost no comb, no spurs (still doesn't) and was bottom of the pecking order at supposedly 4 months and was sold to me as a pullet and just heard first crow attempt at 7 months. I did not know better as this is my first experience with chickens. I will have to be more careful!
