"It" is a hen.

In response to your other question, no, she couldn't be a show bird. For one, she's lacking the required muffs/beard of a show quality bird.
 
She is either a Mille Fleur d'Uccle or a Mille Fleur Booted Bantam (less common). If she's a D'Uccle, then she couldn't be a showbird, since she would be disqualified because she lacks a beard/muffs. If she was shown as a Booted Bantam, she wouldn't be disqualified. However, she still probably wouldn't place very high because her leg feathering is too sparse and the coloring could be better.

Agreed. She is definitely a pullet and a very beautiful bird though. Here is a picture of two of my D'uccles:

I have never shown my birds, so I have No idea wether they are show quality or not.
