Hello,
My 8 year old silkie hen started stargazing sunday morning last week, so 6 days ago. I call my vet but she didn´t have any ideas expect to give her thiamine (B1) rich foods, so I have been syringe feeding her a cooked brown rice, leafy greens and banana smoothie. I have of course separated her from the others. She hasn´t shown any signs of recovering but she hasn´t gotten worse either. I´m not sure what to do so I'm open to any ideas.

Here are a few videos of her:

Edit: fixed the video links

Can you upload video to youtube and provide a link?

For Wry Neck symptoms, give 400IU Vitamin and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg or tuna for the uptake of E.

See that she's eating her normal feed if at all possible.

Poor Dear!

She's 8 years old?

I'd continue with the vitamin therapy to see if that helps.

Her beak is a bit overgrown, do you ever file it down for her?
How about the nares, do you clean those out and remove the plugs?

I file her beak down, I was going to do it soon as it doesn't bother her while eating yet and it's pretty stressful for her but then she got sick.
I've been trying to clean her nares, the vet thought it was mites so I got some medicine for that and that worked a little but then it just came back. Do you have any advice on how to clean them or what it could be overall?

To clean the nares, it will take a while if food/debris is crusted in there.
I'd do it slowly over time. Apply 1 drop of Peroxide to the crust, let it soak in, then use an orange stick (cuticle stick) and work out the softened material.

For some reason, it seems Silkies get food in the nostrils and it hardens like concrete.

Thank you so much, I will try that.
