Hen with gross chunks in throat and gasping

I asked igotgoosed if he/she had a syringe. I'm still waiting for an answer. Whichever link it was showing syringe feeding you posted. I have tubes on hand but most folks don't.

It doesn't have a scoop, but the cap full is 9.7 g it says. It doesn't say how much met per g though. The consistency closely resembles salt

I have a dropper with a long end that I can put down her throat. I've been using it to give her water. I don't have a syringe and typical tube.

I sure hope this medicine helps. I feel so bad for her. I truly appreciate all the help from you guys!!! Y'all have given her a chance

The dropper actually came from a science kit my daughter has. Who knew it would come in so handy.

Once I know the corrct dosage, how should the medicine be administered? Mix with water or just make some sort of paste?

I honestly don't know how much you should give her... And if you have the Metro +, I don't think metronidazole is the only drug in it,it says something about slime and I have no idea what that means.

Ughhhh...great, I hope the added whatever is ok. It says only the met is the active ingredient.
