Hen with growth on beak

Good Morning, I'm new at raising chickens and posting. I bought 7 hens and they are now about 9 weeks old. I love them, what wonderful pets. My Buff Orpington has developed a growth where the beak meets the face. It is black and about the size of 1/2 of a pea. Any ideas?

look up fowl pox and see if that is what is looks like. type fowl pox in search engine
