Hen with Hard Crop and Bad Breath!

I was putting All my chickens up to roost and noticed one of my hens with her mouth open like she was panting. I picked her up to examine her and smelled a foul odor from her breath. Her crop was also hard and full but this was at the end of the day so I don’t know if it was full from eating or actually impacted. I tried looking down her throat and didn’t notice anything other than the bad breath. I isolated her in a dog crate in the coop for now. I am so confused because she was acting fine when they were outside forging earlier. Could this be impacted crop or sour crop? Or something else? What treatments do you recommend? Thanks!

shes got some sour crop right there.caused by an infection. does her crop feel empty in the morning? if not try giving her a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and some warm water a couple of hours later
