Hen with hard frozen poop on & inside vent!

Her vent still looks to have stuff stuck on it. After a warm soak can you sort of squeeze or scoop that out?
I might try adding oil to her food or water to soften her poop. Make it easier for her go.
Her "thumb" toes do look swollen to me...

Every time i wash her i have tried to squeeze and scrub it of but nothinf gives. Only tiny pieces at a time. And ive tried to take tweezers but its to thick of a scab or poop idk. But itbstill needs to come off or fall off. But maybe with the alochol in the witch hazel can help dry it out and than ill continue to put coconut oil on it in between and hopefully that can help it. And for toe i cant tell if its bumble foot or not.but there are ittle dry scabs or something around the nail.

To me it still sounds like damaged tissue. I would leave it alone to heal. Picking at a scab will prolong the healing process. Another option is it's a tumor type mass. Either way I personally would just leave it be and see how it goes.

Yeah i barely mess with it since its not coming off and i dont want to hurt her. she shes still pooping and eating so thats really my main concern is if she stops. But shes got a big box coop inside to stay in.

Thank you. Yes im not sure other than her and her sister both have weird extra skin around the back toe. Same with her baby chicks. But i think she'll make it .

So since Thursday everything has been going fine i thought. So i gave her a bath to soak her vent today. I had not messed with her vent since Thursday to see what type of process would come and hopefully that scab thing would start to fall off or something. Nope it seems that every time she poops an some sticks to the scab it drys. It seems like shes having a harder time pooping like she needs to push more to get through the small hole in her vent from that scab. I don't know what to do i know chicken are work just like any other animal. But i just dont know if i can keep up with her and trying to make her feel better and constantly cleaning her vent now. I really dont want to put her down. If i could find someone to take care of her and keep her. But i doubt it.no one wants a sick chicken. An shed have to stay inside until nicer weather. I feel like she might become too constipated and die.
