This is my only hen out of 13 that looks like this. Should I be concerned? It does feel a little squishy. She is still eating and drinking and laying eggs everyday.

Wow ... have you checked her for mites/lice? Looks to be below her vent? Is she being pecked? I'm guessing someone's plucking her, so I'd keep an eye out. If you rule out parasites, I'd spray with Blu Kote just so the others don't peck at her bare bottom. Chickens love "red". I'm also tagging others with more experience ....

Thank you in advance to you all :bow

That was actually the first thing I checked for the mites or lice. I checked her and everyone over just in case and Nothing.
She is the only one with a bare bum.
I thought maybe she was going broody when it first started getting plucked but it recently inntheblast week turned red.

I was super worried it was water belly.

@Wyorp Rock is correct. Put Nu-Stock on the affected area and it will heal in time. Shake the tube well before applying it and wear disposable gloves. It'll be located in the equine section at a feed store.
The cause is urates in feces scalding her rear end causing the swelling, redness and irritation.
