Hen with Swollen Eye and Feels Warm

Hi everyone! I'm hoping to get some advice here. The other day I notices my sweet Dominique hen had a very puffy eye and when I picked her up to examine it, her comb, wattles and under her wings were clearly hot. I even felt my other chickens and she was definitely warmer than them. I am having zero luck finding a vet who will see her because chickens not typically pets...Even our avian vet for our cockateil refused my poor girl I got her some VetRX witch I've been applying on her beak and under her wings and put oregano and garlic in the water but it's not getting better. Any ideas? Thank you!

Is it just one eye that is swollen?
It's hard to tell in the photo, but it looks like she may have a small scab in the corner of the eye(?)
Is she coughing or sneezing?

It could be that she got a bite or peck to the eye that got infected. You can try flushing the eye with saline to see if she has anything stuck in there, then apply Terramycin eye ointment or Vetericyn eye gel.

It's hard to know how to treat - she may need antibiotics if the flushing and ointment does not work. Tylan50 is sometimes helpful for respiratory related eye issues, this can usually be found at your local feed store.
