My Black sex link hen is pooping out water should I be concerned ?

Is that all she is pooping? No solid poos sometimes?
That is a cause for concern. How has her appetite been?
No other unusual symptoms? Just water fpr poop?

Well every thing was fine yesterday she was eating a little bite today she also stands up in one spot and falls asleep

Falls asleep while standing?
I had a hen that had watery diarrhea & malaise in Feb. I put her in isolation, put a heat lamp on her, put Sav-A-Chik in her water(vitamin/electrolyte solution) and fed her, in addition to her layer ration, foods rich in vitamins A & K, especially vit. A. It is possible that she might have a nutrient deficiency.
Some foods high in vit. A are: broccoli, butternut squash, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, mangoes & tomato juice.
If you have any of these veggies, boil them up until they are soft & chop them into bite-size pieces or mash them with a fork.
She bounced back in less than 4 days.

Is it really hot where you are? Sometimes when its hot they drink lots of water and that can cause watery poops.
