Hen won’t open eyes

That's a huge plus. Do this right now - Mix a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar stirred in. Do you have Poultry Nutrid-drench on hand? Squirt a little into the water and give this to her to drink. It's sweet, so she should have at it if she's strong enough to drink on her own. If she won't drink this, you will need to tub it or syringe it into her. Can you do that?
Yes. I actually just fed her a raw egg and she drank it, I think I have some nutridrench from a few years ago, if that would work.

Great! Now you need to encourage her to drink the sugar water with Nutri-drench. This will give her a quick boost of energy. She needs to drink lots of this sugar water all day today. Offer her regular feed as well.

The sugar water with Nutri-drench should produce immediate improvement as it directly elevates glucose. This should cause an improvement in her appetite which will further cause improvement. I can't tell you if or when she will be back to normal health.

We still do not know what's wrong with her. If improvement fails to happen, then you might need to find an oral antibiotic for her in case she has a bacterial infection causing her to be sick.

Not much better. She only opens her eyes when she’s picked up or in a dangerous situation, and even then only for a second and keeps her third eyelid closed. I can only get her to eat/drink by feeding her eggs with nutridrench water
Well, at least the will take some nutrients from you, which gives us some time to try and find out what might be wrong.

Does she have a vaulted skull?

UPDATE: I took her to the vet today and she was diagnosed with mycoplasma (she also had pink eye and a 107 degree fever). I got eye drops and liquid antibiotics for her to take over 2 weeks.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Chicken body temperature varies widely, but tThe average temperature of chickens is about 40,5-41,8°C, so 107 Fahrenheit would be no fever.
