Hen won't roost after changing roost position

Hi all, this past week, I decided to follow the recommendations on this site to turn my roost so the hens roost on the wide side of a 2x4 (previously they were roosting on the narrow side). Since I have turned the roost, one hen will no longer roost. The past couple of nights, I have placed her on the roost and she stays but she won't get up there on her own. What can I do??? Should I turn the roost back?

Not sure if this is relevant, but I added a nest box on the side of the coop at the same time I changed the roost position. They all have adapted to the new nest box and my 4 other hens have no problem with the change in roost position.
