Ours started crowing at 9 months. I know, late. He just took a long time to have something to say. That said, he normally only crows a few times in the morning, maybe once more during the day.
He's the best freeranger of our freerange flock. Loves to muck in the mud, so his feet are always a mucky mess. Mellow, docile, a little shy, reserved. Zero aggression. He's good to the ladies. If you can give your guy a home, consider it. They are such a lovely looking breed with a great personality.
