A few of my hens born this spring started their molt a few weeks ago. They recently started losing many more feathers, and the average temp is around 30 degrees every day. Should I be worried? Any tips for helping them stay warm?

If they were hatched only this recent spring, they are most likely experiencing their final juvenile molt. While you may see a lot of feather loss, it won't be what the first adult molt produces.

Do you have a rooster? That middle hen appears to be suffering mating damage or the others are raking their beaks over her back feathers. That's not molt.
