Hens eggs

Hello, strange question a bunch of eggs were hatched about 22weeks ago some hens have started laying eggs most have not, what is the time span for the others assuming they were hatched at the same time

it depends on the breed, however it is usually anywhere between 5-7 months of age, keep in mind with the days getting shorter that it can also prolong laying. I have heard that some breeds can take up to a year before they start to lay.
