Hens laying at weird times

I have 5 hens. They're all laying. They all used to lay in the mornings. Now, for some reason, I have 2 hens that will lay in the morning and the other 3 are starting to lay before they go in the coop for the night. Why are they doing this? Thanks

Hens lay eggs every 25 hours or so. This means they will gradually lay later until it pops up to the morning again.
