Hens not laying!

I have about 25 hens between 1-2 years old. All have just stopped laying in the past month or two. I get maybe 4 a week. They are getting 16% layer and have always laid good. They are not molting and don't seem to be stressed. I'm not sure why. They laid through the winter well and as the days have gotten longer they have stopped. Any ideas? Can I feed something to get them started again?

It could be just a cold snap and they will start again soon. Something could have spooked them enough to frighten them out of laying. Could they be hiding eggs? Around here, when eggs start disappearing, we usually find a snake has been eating them. Of course, other animals will eat them as well.
