Hens or roosters?

Can you experts tell me these are hens or roosters? I hatched these from eggs.
The leghorn is 18 wks old.
The 2 BO's are 14 wks old.

The leghorn's comb seems to double in size and much redder in the past month. S/he has been making some sort of chicken sounds constantly when I am out there next to the coop, is that the sign of ready to lay? No swatting. Legs always been yellow without changes.

The first one looks like a roo .. saddle and hackle feathers .. to me..

Both Orps look like roosters to me and Leghorn is a pullet.

Both BO's are roosters.
The leghorn is a pullet.

The BO's look like roosters to me and the Leghorn looks like a pullet. Those are pretty birds!
